Observations added by Pirform's Intelligence

Pirform's Intelligence is able to add the following observations.

Observations
A TT 3 line system must have a main switch that breaks the neutral conductor. Note 5 from Table 53.2 BS 7671. It can not be guaranteed that the neutral conductor will be at 0v in the event of a fault.
A TT system must have a main switch that breaks all live conductors including the neutral conductor. Note 4 from Table 53.4 BS 7671, and Regulation 462.2 It can not be guaranteed that the neutral conductor will be at 0V in the event of a fault.
Cables and/or over-current devices have not been selected accordingly, (433, 523 and 533.2.1). Users of the installation may be at risk, and immediate remedial action is recommended.
Connection of the lighting protection system has not been carried out in accordance with BS EN 62305, and also has not met the requirements of Regulation 411.3.1.2 of BS 7671

Each installation shall have provision for disconnection from the supply by means of a main linked switch or linked circuit breaker, and be provided as near as practicable to the origin of the installation. It shall also interupt both live conductors of a single phase supply. The requirements of Regulations 462.1 and 462.1.201 have not been met.
